Edmond students bring dow a overthrow merry to local charities

An standard of how dedicated and caring peak school students are will be demonstrated next week during Edmond North’s Bring A Light To Others Week. Advertisement The annual Edmond North devotee fundraiser, created in 1994, raised more than $185,000 in 2008 for the. From that amount, 5 percent went to Edmond’s Common Thread, another humanitarianism to which all three Edmond expensive schools assemble contributions. This year the students have set a aspiration of raising $134,170, with 95 percent of the bread to go to the , which helps families, caregivers and patients played by leader or median skittish pattern tumors. The annual children’s carnival is from 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday in the parsimonious gym and the three-on-three basketball meet is from 9 a.m. to high noon Saturday in the pocket gym.






All of the events are student-organized and make something for all ages. Bring A Light To Others depends on abundant bolster made by attending the events or making a tactless donation.
