An actor who appeared in "The 40-Year-Old Virgin" has been ordered to show conditional in the stabbing of his ex-girlfriend. A Superior Court mediator ruled Wednesday that enough display exists to appraise Shelley Malil on wilful attempted ruin and other charges. Malil is accused of stabbing Kendra Beebe 23 times end August in her backyard in San Diego County.
A part attorney's investigator says Beebe told her she knew Malil for about a year but ended the relation when he became "very ungiving and jealous." Prosecutors stipulate Malil could front passion in oubliette if convicted of all charges.
