An Octopus practical joker and a versatile phone stolen from a Thai strumpet murdered in To Kwa Wan at the weekend led police officers to the retainer they allow to be stable for her expiration and that of another prostitute, control sources have revealed. The revelations followed the restraint on Wednesday of an unemployed 24-year-old Sau Mau Ping bloke for the murders. And they came as prostitutes' benefit organisation Zi Teng said yesterday more than 100 women working in one-women brothels had installed digital cameras since lately aftermost year to shield themselves. Another 300 had installed alarms linked to a protection company.
