LANGLEY -- The mutilation of more than 100turkeyshas resulted in a host of charges against a 16-year-old Langley boy. RCMP have recommended charges against the teen of suspend and enter, difficulty and injuring or endangering animals after someone penurious into a turkey allotment Sept. 13 and mutilated more than 100 birds.
