Six horses were seized and a unite faces beastlike cruelty charges after a offbeat disturbance in south Langley on Wednesday morning. The inquest began when a means went into a ditch in the 2000 block of 208th Street at about 10:30 a.m., said RCMP Const. Holly Marks.
Township firefighters arrived first, and called for the coppers assistance. When observe arrived, the conveyance owners were using a horse to seek and cart the or slang motor out of the ditch. A veterinarian and members of the Langley Animal Protection Society (LAPS) and the SPCA also came to the scene.
