Fautenberry, a c whilom Oregon truck driver, was sentenced to cessation for murdering a Cincinnati-area bloke who gave him a ride in February 1991. The 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals denied Fautenberry's solicit to lull his liquidation Monday. Attorney Dennis Sipe then asked the U.S. Supreme Court to give up the execution.
He said Tuesday forenoon he was waiting to gather from the superior court. On Monday afternoon, Fautenberry was crestfallen as he watched video and listened to the radio, prisons spokeswoman Andrea Carson said. He ate eggs, idol and some of the fried potatoes he requested for his meal, she said.
