Rachel Feinstein. State lobbying travel ends with bus malfunction Read.

Pitt isn't a particular home looking for a bailout, it's a also clientage university paid for in section by the federal government. And it's that control funding that makes indoctrination affordable at the world stratum university that is the University of Pittsburgh. When Harrisburg sets its budget for the next year would you rather have our wherewithal go to PSU or Slippery Rock because Pitt students and members are too illustrious to request for it? Tell me how legislators in Berks or Wyoming or any other county slim Western PA are obliged to be aware why to give any money to Pitt if we don't go there to show them? The strange strides this circle has made in the last few years may be clear to those who live and work here every day, but hundreds of miles away the colonize and institutions that helped seduce our success possible merit to know that their investment paid off. For Representatives and Senators who never met a Pitt schoolboy expectedly they saw some great in those who came to visit them.

And expectantly this trip taught students that lobbying is a constraint for getting the attention of those in government not something that makes you dirty, or evil, or least of all entitled.
