The actions of this Pilot are, without question, inconsistent with the talented behavior and overall regard for that we instruct from our Employees. The Pilot in confusion has been reprimanded, receiving a rejection without remittance for a length of time.
Prior to being reinstated, he underwent additional multiplicity schooling to reinforce the Company's expectations for all Employees to rally attentiveness for others. The pilot is rueful and has formally apologized to both FAA Controllers and his starting-point Leadership. Southwest’s Flight Operations Leadership has also sent an apology to Southwest Flight Attendants and his peer Pilots.".
